Tamarac Village Update

Tamarac Village, the brand new mixed-use town center in Tamarac, will be opening its doors to future residents, business owners, and patrons to enjoy in 2020. Featuring over four hundred apartments, three commercial buildings, a gaming area, fitness center, and much more, this is something that will transform the community. Tamarac is growing, and believe it or not, this huge undertaking is just one of the many projects happening here right now. 

The Tamarac Construction Boom

Land in Tamarac is limited, and the property available is rapidly being developed. In addition to Tamarac Village, some of the other 35 projects underway include Colony West Golf Club, Fire Station 36, the newly completed Woodmont Country Club, and the business park expansion, which includes two warehouses and thousands of square feet located on the Southwest corner of Hiatus and McNab Road. We are also seeing huge growth in living space, with many new homes being built.
